Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, please notify us within 7 weekdays of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the issue to assist us in understanding and addressing the problem.

Conditions for Return: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all tags, labels, and protective coverings are intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund or Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will evaluate the issue and determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. If eligible for a refund, the original payment method used for the purchase will be credited (time may depend on banking institutions). If eligible for a replacement, we will send out a new item promptly.
